During my time at Wieden+Kennedy, I established the Motion department from the ground up, which eventually grew to a team of seven individuals. In my role as Head of Motion, I built a versatile team renowned for its creativity and craftsmanship. Our department not only served as a valued vendor to W+K but also collaborated with its own set of clients.
