Tradera wanted to reinvent their customer service pages to increase user engagement and lower support calls.
We focused on a few key features to help you find the answer to your question: simplifying the navigation within the FAQ section to run on the same principle on desktop as a handheld device. As well as a dynamic backlink that shows the user when the auction they were viewing before going to the help pages runs out of time.
A card based accordion navigation allows for expanding and collapsing content, while keeping an overview of your location.
The goal was to create a platform for all customer service cases, rather than the fragmented experience Tradera previously had.
We wanted to move traffic from the forum to the self-help pages and lower the general contact rate by making Traderas Customer Service fun, inspiring and engaging.
Delivering conceptual design for the FAQ pages, conceptual design for customer service and an animated introduction to Tradera.
Based on Tradera's insight that everyone have something worth selling. And that every Swede have around 11 000kr worth of clothes their not using.
We chose to take the more emotional path after interviewing an employee at Tradera. He told us of the story of his wife, finding her childhood book on Tradera that she had been looking to find for years. And together with Tradera's insights we made a spin off.
